Strategic Consulting:

Our Strategic Consulting Practice focuses on Inflection Points which represent a point in time in the life of a business when its fundamentals are about to change, that materially impact its financial performance.

We believe there are two drivers creating these Inflection Points: 

• The increasing number of internal and external “change” factors impacting every industry that start out as “weak signals” often on the periphery of their business, that can ultimately have an explosive impact before Management realizes it.

• The increasing velocity (frequency of occurrence) of each “change” factor. 
  

Inflection Points can either create new business opportunities or they can lead to devastating consequences:

• We work with Clients to provide our expertise and advice to create and deploy cost-effective value-added solutions that address those disruptive inflection points they have identified as a problem and are currently confronted with.

For Clients who are dealing with a disruptive Inflection Point we specialize in the deployment of a number of unique and disparate solutions to those Inflection Points.

Frequently one or more of these solutions are integrated into one cohesive strategy to address the Inflection Point.

We have a comprehensive approach to identifying potential Inflection Points with a number of diagnostic tools used in that process.

In addition, we work with our Clients to help determine how they can create new, entrepreneurial opportunities to take advantage of and leverage the pending Inflection Point.
